Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Terglos LLC ("Terglos", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use our websites, mobile applications, automations, integrations and other services (the "Services"). It is designed to meet the requirements of the Google Play User Data and Data Safety policies, the Apple App Store privacy requirements (including App Tracking Transparency), the Meta Platform Terms, and applicable U.S. and international privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the EU/UK GDPR for users in those regions.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Terglos LLC, a company based in St. Petersburg, Florida, United States, is the controller of personal data processed through its own Services. Where we build or operate products on behalf of a client, that client is typically the controller and we act as a processor under a separate data-processing agreement. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact us at contact@terglos.com.

2. Data we collect

Data you provide

  • Account & contact data — name, email, phone, company, password.
  • Communications — messages, support requests and project information you send us.
  • Content — files, prompts and data you submit to our products and AI features.
  • Payment data — processed by payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

Data collected automatically

  • Device & app info — device model, operating system, app version, language, crash logs.
  • Usage data — pages/screens viewed, features used, interactions, timestamps.
  • Identifiers — IP address, app instance IDs and, on mobile, advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA) only where permitted and, on iOS, only after your consent via App Tracking Transparency.
  • Approximate location — derived from IP; precise location only with your permission.
  • Cookies & similar — see our Cookie Policy.

Data from third parties

  • Login providers — if you sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook, we receive basic profile data you authorize.
  • Analytics & advertising partners — aggregated or event data, subject to your consent.

3. How we use your data

  • Provide, operate, maintain and secure the Services.
  • Authenticate users and manage accounts.
  • Process transactions and provide support.
  • Improve and develop products, including debugging and analytics.
  • Power AI and automation features you request.
  • Send service and, with consent, marketing communications.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use data from Meta, Google or Apple platforms for purposes beyond those permitted by their respective policies.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

  • Contract — to provide the Services you request.
  • Consent — for marketing, tracking and certain cookies; you can withdraw it at any time.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure and improve the Services, balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws.

5. How we share data

We share personal data only as needed, with:

  • Service providers — cloud hosting, analytics, customer support and communications, under contract.
  • Payment processors — to complete transactions.
  • Platforms & SDKs — Apple, Google and Meta, where their technologies are used (for example sign-in, push notifications, the Meta Pixel/Conversions API, crash reporting and analytics).
  • App stores — Apple and Google, for distribution, in-app purchases and required reporting.
  • Legal & safety — authorities where required by law, and parties in a corporate transaction.

6. Advertising & tracking

On iOS, we request your permission through App Tracking Transparency before any cross-app or cross-site tracking, and we honor your choice. On Android and the web, you can manage advertising identifiers and consent through your device settings and our cookie controls. Where we use the Meta Pixel or similar tools, they operate only after applicable consent.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.

8. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures such as encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and authorities of incidents where required.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for these transfers.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, update or delete your personal data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent.
  • Request a portable copy of your data.
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal data and of targeted advertising (CCPA/CPRA).
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (for example, the California Privacy Protection Agency, or your supervisory authority in the EU/UK).

To exercise these rights, email contact@terglos.com. To delete your account and data, see our Data Deletion page.

11. Children's privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country, such as 16 in parts of the EU), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Our apps are not part of the Google Play "Designed for Families" program or Apple's "Made for Kids" category unless explicitly stated. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Push notifications

With your permission, we may send push notifications. You can disable them at any time in your device settings.

13. Third-party links

The Services may link to third-party sites and products with their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Services or by other reasonable means, and the "Last updated" date will change.
