Account & Data Deletion
Last updated: May 31, 2026
You can request the deletion of your Terglos account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and how long it takes. It is provided to meet the account- and data-deletion requirements of Google Play and Meta app review.
1. Delete from within the app
If you use one of our mobile or web apps, you can usually delete your account directly:
- Open Settings → Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion.
2. Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email contact@terglos.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the app or service name and your account identifier (such as your email or username) so we can verify and process your request.
3. What is deleted
- Your account profile and credentials.
- Content and personal data you provided (for example messages, files and preferences).
- Usage and device data linked to your account.
4. What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate purposes — for example transaction and tax records, fraud-prevention and security logs, and data needed to resolve disputes. Such data is kept only for as long as necessary and then deleted or anonymized.
5. Timeline
We acknowledge requests promptly and complete verified deletions within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted or required by law. Backups are purged on our regular rotation cycle.
6. Third-party platforms
Deleting your Terglos account does not delete data held by third parties (such as Apple, Google or Meta) under their own policies. Manage those through each platform's settings. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Contact
Need help with a deletion request? Email contact@terglos.com.
This is a starting template. Make sure the in-app steps above match your real apps, and that this URL is the one you submit in the Google Play Console ("Data deletion") and in Meta app review.
